Passport Potash Inc. (TSXV:PPI,OTCQX:PPRTF) announced completion of a pre-application meeting with the Air Quality Division of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, regarding the air quality control permit for its Holbrook Basin potash project. Necessary components of the application submittal for the Permit were identified.

Passport Potash Inc. (TSXV:PPI,OTCQX:PPRTF) submitted its application to the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD) to convert its mineral exploration permits to mineral leases, and concurrently submitted its Mineral Development Report (MDR).

Passport Potash Inc. (TSXV:PPI,OTCQX:PPRTF) signed an amendment to the property purchase agreement with the Fitzgerald Trust, whereby closing of purchase is to be on June 30, 2015, with $500,000 to be paid by Dec. 31, 2013, $1 million to be paid by Dec. 31, 2014, and $14 million to be paid at closing.

Passport Potash Inc. (TSXV:PPI,OTCQX:PPRTF) has been granted approval for nine new exploration permits from the Arizona State Land Department, adding 4,703.66 acres of State trust land to Passport's land package.

Passport Potash Inc. (TSXV:PPI,OTCQX:PPRTF) completed the first phase of its drilling program on the Hopi private land that is "checker-boarded" with Passport's southern landholdings in the Holbrook Basin in Northern Arizona.

Passport Potash Inc. (TSXV:PPI,OTCQX:PPRTF) had the lawsuit filed by North American Potash Developments Inc. and other parties (NAPD Grouop) dismissed. The Company also acquired the exploration permits held by the NAPD Group.
