Agrium Inc. (TSX:AGU) (NYSE:AGU)notified CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF) that Agrium will nominate two independent and highly qualified directors for election to CF's board of directors at CF's 2010 annual meeting of stockholders.
