Migao Corporation (TSX:MGO) today reported the successful closing today of its previously announced bought deal prospectus offering with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by CIBC World Markets Inc. and Canaccord Capital Corporation, and including GMP Securities L.P., Dundee Securities Corporation, Jennings Capital Inc., Research Capital Corporation, UBS Securities Canada Inc. and Wellington West Capital Markets Inc.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Migao Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, owns and operates fertilizer production plants in various strategic locations across China for the production and sale of specialty potash fertilizer (potassium nitrate and potassium sulphate) to China’s high value agricultural market.
