Elemental Minerals announced its half yearly financial report for year end 2008. The Company has identified and has completed advanced negotiations in respect of a potash project. Significant achievements have been reached in this process and the Board expected the process to be finalised in the 4th quarter 2008. However, the worsening economic conditions slowed down the approval process and the board now hopes to have the process finalised early to mid 2009.
