MBAC Fertilizer Corp. (TSE:MBC) announced that it has successfully completed its previously announced bought deal financing for aggregate gross proceeds to MBAC of C$42,423,500.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The net proceeds of the Offering are intended to be used by the Company for the advancement of the Itafós expansion project and for the exploration of the Company’s Santana project in Brazil.
