AWB Board Recommends Agrium’s Proposal to AWB Shareholders
Agrium Inc. (TSX:AGU, NYSE:AGU) and AWB Limited announced today that the AWB Board has recommended Agrium’s proposed acquisition to AWB Shareholders.
