Striking potash workers continue to stand firm
Striking workers at Potash Corp’s mine gathered outside Saskatoon for a morale-boosting barbecue on Sunday afternoon.
Roger Falconer, head of strategic campaigns for the Canadian branch of the United Steelworkers Union, said:
The bottom line, the message is that they are going to outlast the company. They are prepared to stick this out.
